Al-Falaq
The Daybreak
1 - Al-Falaq (The Daybreak) - 001
قُلۡ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلۡفَلَقِ
Say, “I seek refuge with the Lord of the daybreak,
2 - Al-Falaq (The Daybreak) - 002
مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
from the harm of all what He has created;
3 - Al-Falaq (The Daybreak) - 003
وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ
from the harm of darkening [night] when it spreads around,
4 - Al-Falaq (The Daybreak) - 004
وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّـٰثَٰتِ فِي ٱلۡعُقَدِ
from the harm of the sorceresses[1] who blow on knots,
[1] i.e., magicians.
