Four
principles the religion is based upon.” The exact translation is “Four principles the rulings of the
religion revolve around.”
In the name of Allāh, the most
Merciful the Bestower of mercy.
These four principles are from the
fundamental principles of the
religion, the rulings [of the Sharī’ah]
are based upon them.
They are the greatest blessings
which Allāh, the Most High, has
blessed Muḥammad ﷺ and his
Ummah with.
He made their religion perfect and
comprehensive; encompassing and
more knowledge based than the
other religions.
Allāh, the Blessed and Most High,
combined all this for [the followers of
Islām], in very little words. This is
something that should be paid
attention to before knowing the four
principles.

القواعد الفقهية للسعدي
So, focus your understanding on the principles,
which connect far dispersed issues,
لِتَـرتَقِيِفي العِلـمخَيـر َ مُرتَـقَــى … وتَقتَفِـي سُبـل َ الَّ ـذِي قَــد وُفِّقــا
such that you are able to progress well in your knowledge,
thereby following the paths of those guided to success.

From the most amazing affairs and
the greatest signs that demonstrate
the ability of al–Malik (the Sovereign
Owner) and al–Ghallāb (the
Victorious), are six principles that
Allāh, the most High, has clearly
explained for the common people.
[He did this in a manner] above and
beyond the thinking of those who
doubt.
Despite this, many of the clever
people of this world and the
intelligent ones from the children of
Ādam erred with regards to them –
except a very little few.

LA PRIERE MORTUAIRE
La prière mortuaire : elle fait partie des
obligations communes.
Sa description : le défunt doit être placé
devant l’Imam avec sa tête à droite de
la Qibla et ses pieds à sa gauche,
l’Imam doit se placer debout en face de
la tête du défunt si celui-ci est un
homme et au milieu du corps si celui-ci
est une femme.
Et la prière mortuaire est composé de
quatre Takbir (proclamation de la
grandeur d’ALLAH).
Le prieur lève les mains à chaque Takbir
et il lit sourate El FATIHA après le
premier Takbir, puis après le deuxième
